These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the p399 platform. By registering an account or using any service on p399, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms in full. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and p399 ("p399", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the p399 website located at https://p399.cam and all associated services, features and content (collectively, the "Platform").
By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit or placing a wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and p399. For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To register and maintain an account on p399, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:
p399 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any Account where eligibility cannot be confirmed. Accounts registered by Prohibited Users will be closed and any winnings derived from such accounts may be voided.
Each User is permitted to hold one Account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single User — whether using different email addresses, identities or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.
You must provide accurate and truthful information when completing the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address. p399 relies on this information for KYC verification and payment processing. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. p399 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify p399 support immediately via the Help Centre or Live Chat.
p399 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit identity documentation — including a government-issued photo ID (such as a CNIC or passport), proof of address and, where applicable, proof of payment method — before your first withdrawal or at any point p399 deems necessary for compliance purposes. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.
All deposits made to your p399 Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. p399 reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party sources and to request evidence that funds originate from a legitimate source.
The specific payment methods available for deposit and withdrawal are determined by the operator at the time of your transaction and are displayed in the cashier section of your Account. Payment provider names referenced on this Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are included for local familiarity only as context for Pakistani users. Their inclusion does not constitute an endorsement, an affiliation or a guarantee of availability as deposit or withdrawal channels. Users must confirm available options directly in the cashier.
The Platform supports Pakistani Rupee (PKR) transactions where available. Currency conversion may apply depending on the selected payment method and the operator's base currency. Any conversion rates or fees applicable to your transaction will be displayed prior to confirmation where technically possible.
Minimum deposit amounts are set by the operator and displayed in the cashier. Illustrative figures used elsewhere on this Platform (such as "PKR 1,000 minimum deposit") are examples only and do not constitute a binding offer unless specified in current cashier terms.
Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions, all of which must be satisfied before a request will be processed:

p399 does not charge withdrawal fees as a standard practice, however third-party payment providers may apply their own charges. Any applicable fees will be displayed prior to confirmation of your withdrawal request where technically possible.
p399 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, reload promotions, loyalty rewards and other promotional offers ("Promotions") to registered Users. All Promotions are subject to specific terms that will be displayed at the time of the offer and which form part of these Terms.
All bonuses carry a wagering requirement ("Rollover") that must be met before bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier, eligible games and contribution rates will be stated in the specific promotional terms. As an illustrative example only: a 30x wagering requirement on a PKR 5,000 bonus would require PKR 150,000 in qualifying bets to be placed before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable. This figure is illustrative and does not represent any specific current offer.
While a bonus is active on your Account, you may be subject to a maximum permitted stake per bet or spin. Exceeding this limit — whether intentionally or inadvertently — may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided. The applicable maximum bet limit will be stated in the promotional terms for each offer.
Different game categories contribute at different rates towards satisfying a wagering requirement. Typically, slot games contribute at a higher rate (often 100%) while live casino, table games and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution rates are specified in the relevant promotional terms.
Bonuses that are not claimed or wagered within the stipulated activation and expiry period will be removed from your Account automatically. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited.
p399 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings and to suspend or close accounts where it reasonably determines that a Promotion has been claimed or used in an abusive, fraudulent or systematic manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play. This includes but is not limited to: the use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, collusion, use of automated betting software, or hedging strategies designed to manufacture low-risk wagering to satisfy rollover requirements.
The following general rules apply to all sports betting and casino gaming activity on p399. Specific market, sport and game-level rules are published in the relevant help sections of the Platform.
A bet is considered accepted and binding only when you receive an explicit confirmation from the Platform acknowledging the placement of your wager. Bets placed during system errors, connectivity failures or technical outages may be voided at p399's discretion. It is the User's responsibility to verify that bets have been correctly recorded before an event commences.
Odds are displayed in decimal format by default, with fractional and American formats selectable. p399 reserves the right to correct pricing errors — including manifestly incorrect odds ("palpable errors") — and to void bets placed at such erroneous prices even after an event has settled. Settlement of all markets is based on official results from the relevant governing body (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board for domestic cricket, the ICC for international fixtures).
A market or individual bet may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: event postponement or abandonment, insufficient play according to market-specific rules, data feed errors, or regulatory instruction. Stakes on voided bets are returned to the User's Account balance.
Casino games are provided by third-party software developers. The applicable Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is displayed within the game information panel in the casino lobby. Live casino games are streamed in real time; connection quality and device performance are the User's responsibility. p399 does not guarantee uninterrupted streaming availability.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the p399 Platform. Breach of any of the following provisions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and legal action where appropriate:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of p399.
The p399 name, logo and all related product and service names are trademarks of p399. You must not use such marks without the prior written consent of p399.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, p399 shall not be liable for:
Nothing in these Terms shall limit p399's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
p399 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:
An Account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of no login activity. p399 will provide reasonable prior notice before applying any dormancy administration fees or closing a dormant Account. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the User following satisfactory identity verification.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting p399 support via the Help Centre or Live Chat. All pending transactions must be resolved, and KYC verification completed, before the balance can be returned.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which p399 holds its applicable operating licence, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform that cannot be resolved informally shall be referred to the dispute resolution process specified by the applicable licensing authority. p399 is committed to fair and transparent dispute resolution.
p399 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful for use in Pakistan or any other specific jurisdiction. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the Platform complies with all applicable local, provincial and national laws. This clause does not constitute legal advice.
p399 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Where changes are material, p399 will endeavour to provide advance notice by email to the address registered on your Account, or by a prominent notice on the Platform.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you should cease using the Platform and request account closure in accordance with Clause 13.2.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain informed of the current version. The current version of these Terms supersedes all prior versions.
